The business in one paragraph

Sarah wants to bring Sexitive (an Argentine intimate-wellness brand with 12 SKUs) into Paraguay and sell them. Sexitive is a real brand, headquartered in Martinez, Buenos Aires, that already sells wholesale to resellers across LATAM. The catalog covers four product clusters: stimulants (Bitchie, Pink Sexy Pill, XXX), lubricants (Wet line, more sex), sensory (Love Potion, candles), and wellness (My Hemp CBD).

The 3 things that have to be true before we build anything
