Sarah has a registered business, RUC 4978694-6, a direct contact at Sexitive AR (the manager who sold her the products), wants to launch Kinky Store as a private brand reselling Sexitive products in Paraguay, with a 3–5 SKU launch focused on stimulants (Pink Sexy Pill + Bitchie spray as dual flagship), 150% margin target, Gs 0–10M capital, ships nationwide, accepts bank transfer payments only at launch, playful tone, subtle 18+ enforcement, and a "todos" target audience. Three blockers must be resolved before pricing can be finalized: (1) Pink Sexy Pill regulatory cost vs. capital constraint, (2) "Kinky Store" trademark + ad-policy risk, (3) generic "todos" positioning. The 3 hard blockers

🔴 BLOCKER 1 — Pink Sexy Pill is incompatible with < Gs 10M capital

Options: - (a) Drop Pink Sexy Pill from launch. Launch with Bitchie + XXX For Her (both are cosmetics, not supplements — Gs 1.5–4M NSO registration, 30–60 days). Pursue DINAVISA supplement in parallel with revenue. - (b) Find capital beyond the Gs 10M she declared (e.g., from existing business). - (c) Use the Sexitive AR manager relationship to obtain pre-cleared ANMAT paperwork, which shortens DINAVISA timeline.

My recommendation: (a). Launch with the cosmetic pair. De-risk by validating market first. When 3 SKUs are selling, allocate Gs 5–8M from revenue to register Pink Sexy Pill. Add it to catalog 3–6 months in.

🟡 BLOCKER 2 — "Kinky Store" carries trademark + ad-policy risk

Recommended actions: - Sarah to send DINAPI registration screenshot (number + classes + titular). - Check domain kinkystore.com availability + variants (kinkystore.com.py, kinkystoreparaguay.com, kinkylab.com). - Plan A: Kinky Store, A-class registration, with subdomain kinky.paragu-ai.com for fast launch while .com is acquired. - Plan B: variant name (Kinklab, Kink & Co, Kink Studio, Kinkhy) if Plan A has friction.

🟡 BLOCKER 3 — "Todos" target audience = no positioning

My recommendation: sharpen to "Parejas + mujeres 25–35 urbanas, Asunción primero, expand to CDE en mes 3." That gives a copy direction, a content direction, and a media-buy direction.
